Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We’ve made returns and exchanges nice and simple.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

All returns need to be submitted through our online returns portal. Simply follow the steps in the portal to register your return and find everything you need to send your order back to us.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Once your return arrives back with us, we’ll check it over and process your refund back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or fancy something else instead?

You can request an exchange through our returns portal too. Just follow the steps and pop the information in when registering your return.

Refunds

Once we've received and approved your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. The exact timing will depend on your bank or payment provider.

Items that can't be refunded

We can only accept returns that meet the conditions above. If an item is returned worn, used, without its tags or without its original packaging, we may not be able to accept it for a refund.

If this happens, we'll get in touch with you and, where appropriate, offer the value of the returned item as Doodlecat store credit instead.
